My name is Bill Hoskinson, Owner/Operator of Hoskinson's Property Services. 

My business is based out of Pataskala, Ohio. I have over 20 years expierience operating heavy equipment, and doing drainage work, grading, and excavating.  My goal is to  build a reputation for quality work, at a fair price.  

  2010 will mark my 4th year in business for myself.  In today's world where downsizing and layoffs are more and more common, my business has had steady growth.  However, I have no intentions of growing a large fortune 500 company, or any misguided dreams of becoming wealthy and retiring early. 

I love what I do for a living, although it is hard work, and the expenses are significant, I feel strongly about the future of my business. I own 90% of the equipment I need to operate this business.... evidence of my dedication to what I do for a living. 

I am Licensed, Bonded, and Insured  for Septic System Installation and Service in Licking County through the Licking County Health Dept. 

I am a lifelong resident of Pataskala, and a proud sponsor of both the South West Licking Youth Football and Baseball Associations. 

I am also a member of the West Licking Firefighters Association   and a proud member of the Pataskala Lions Club.

Aside from my expierience working in the field,I have also recieved training through the Ohio State University Department of Civil Engineering T2 Center in the following categories-
